3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No Automatic Renewal: After cancellation, your subscription will not renew automatically
  • Access Retention: You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
  • Downgrade to Free: After your subscription ends, your account will automatically revert to the free plan

3.2 Account Cancellation

If you wish to completely delete your account, you may do so by contacting us. Upon account deletion:

  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled
  • You will lose access to all synced data and projects
  • Local data stored in your browser will remain until you clear your browser data

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Unused Subscription Period: If you cancel within the first 14 days and have not significantly used the premium features, you may be eligible for a full refund
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, contact us for a potential refund
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund

  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (unless required by law)
  • Any promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated
